Cook delicious italian meals and delight your family and friends when you get home!
Cooking courses held all year in Boario Terme – Lombardy -, in northern Italy where you’ll be surprised by the good cuisine and marvellous landscape 
Week course
1st day: Arrival at the hotel and accommodation. Dinner and meeting with the cook for the presentation of the cookery course. The course is held in the typical medieval centre of the village.
2nd day: Breakfast. Morning at your disposal for sightseeing or relaxing in the swimming pool or in the spa of the hotel. Lunch in hotel. 1st COOKING LESSON. At 5.30 p.m. begins the lesson where you'll learn how to prepare a complete menu. Dinner with the dishes you made.
3rd day: Breakfast. Morning free. Lunch in hotel. 2nd COOKING LESSON. Dinner with the dishes you made.
 4th day: Breakfast. Morning free. Lunch in hotel. Half day excursion to Lake Iseo with tour escort, visit of a wine cellar in Franciacorta, famous for its wines and wine tasting. Dinner in hotel.
5th day: Breakfast. Morning free. Lunch in hotel. 3rd COOKING LESSON. Dinner with the dishes you made.
6th day: Breakfast. In the morning visit of a creamery where you'll assist the making of cheese. Cheese tasting. Lunch in hotel. In the afternoon 4th COOKING LESSON. Dinner with the dishes you made.
7th day: Breakfast. Morning free. Lunch in hotel. 5th LESSON. Have you got some doubts about the recipes you made? Now it's time to ask the cook ! Farewell dinner
8th day: Breakfast and departure.

Saturday: Breakfast. In the morning COOKING LESSON and then lunch with the dishes you have prepared. In the afternoon visit of a wine cellar in Franciacorta and wine tasting, tour of Lake Iseo. Dinner and overnight.
Sunday: Breakfast. In the morning COOKING LESSON and then lunch with the dishes you have prepared. Afternoon at your disposal for relaxing. Dinner and overnight.
Monday: Breakfast and departure.

If you are travelling to Lombardy, but you have no time for a full cookery holiday, you can attend one day class.
You can choose to cook for lunch or dinner. The lesson is about 3/4 hours long and includes the preparation of a multi-course meal,
which you'll enjoy at the end of the lesson together with a good glass of Italian wine.

Every cooking lesson you'll learn a complete italian menu, from APPETIZERS to DESSERTS. All recipes vary according to the season
